Ginger is a registered nurse and began her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

About Ginger

Ginger Miller is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Intermedix.

As part of the executive leadership team, Ginger oversees all aspects of revenue cycle management processes for Intermedix clients, including coding, auditing and billing services for over 15 million patient encounters annually. She is responsible for executing timely and high quality services to our clients, bourgeoning our company culture, institutionalizing a data-driven process improvement mindset and leading a high-performing team.

Ginger brings over 20 years of healthcare experience and vast clinical knowledge to her operational management process, with a focus on finding innovative ways to improve technology deployment by utilizing analytics. As a registered nurse, Ginger possesses a specialized clinical background that helps her ensure our operational teams are effectively serving healthcare clients at the forefront of patient care. As senior vice president, she also manages the shared services center of excellence in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Before joining Intermedix, Ginger held various executive positions at Verisk Health, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, where she played an active role in product innovation and development and oversaw the processing of millions of healthcare claims daily. Ginger was awarded the 40 Under 40 distinction by Utah Business in 2014.

Ginger earned her Bachelor’s degree and nursing degree at the University of Utah.

Aside from her professional career, Ginger is a certified diver, an advocate for down syndrome awareness and enjoys spending time with her family.
