Brad has more than 12 years of experience supporting state and local government agencies with emergency preparedness/public health solutions and is a Certified WebEOC Administrator. He is a U.S. Navy veteran machinist mate and rescue diver who received the Navy Achievement Medal and qualified for his submarine warfare pin while on the USS Pittsburgh.
